[Criminal record] On October 26, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for fraud at the Busan District Court on June, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 3, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

1. Any person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall apply for the registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle to the Mayor/Do Governor, as prescribed by Presidential Decree;
