The facts of the cause of the claim and the changed cause of the claim are acknowledged among the plaintiff and the defendant Eul by taking account of the evidence Nos. 1 through 4 (including paper numbers) and the whole purport of the pleadings, and the defendant C is deemed to have led to the confession between the plaintiff and the defendant C.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendants are jointly obligated to pay the unpaid management expenses of KRW 1,587,170 and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from September 10, 2016 to the date of full payment, which is the following day after the application for change of claim and cause of claim of this case was served on the defendants.

The plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
