If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

On August 20, 2009, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 700,000,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a summary order of KRW 2 million in the same court on November 1, 2010, respectively.

On July 29, 2014, at around 22:45, the Defendant driven a car with approximately KRW 500 meters from the front day of the World Roart, which is located in the Domar grain of Yangpo-si, Kimpo-si, to the front road of the Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, with a blood alcohol level of KRW 0.243%, while under the influence of alcohol level of KRW 0.243%.
