The sentence against A is against the violation of the Public Official Election Act and the violation of Article 45 of the Political Fund Act.

① From May 30, 2008 to May 29, 2012, Defendant A was elected as the 18th National Assembly member in E/F regions, as the 19th National Assembly member in E/F regions from May 30, 2012 to May 29, 2016, and as the 20th National Assembly member in E, G, H, I, and J regions from May 30, 2016 to May 30.

② Defendant B is a person who works with the position of “ female head” at the E supporters’ association office, a local constituency for Defendant A, from July 4, 2014 to May 29, 2016; Defendant A’s K level assistant; and Defendant A’s L level assistant from May 30, 2016 to Defendant A’s L level secretary.

③ Defendant C served from June 2008 to June 2012 as the “Secretariat” at the E supporters’ association office.

④ From July 2011 to June 2013, Defendant D served as a paid employee, from July 2013 to May 2016, Defendant D as a person in charge of accounting of a supporters’ association. From March 2014 to July 2014, Defendant D registered as Defendant A’s K-grade assistant.

1. Violation of political funds Acts;

(a) No person shall contribute or receive any illegal political fund (2017 high-class 77) due to the payment of benefits to P by a secretary of M Grade IV (2017 high-class 77) in a manner that is not provided for in the law of any political fund;

Nevertheless, Defendant A’s member office of Defendant A located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Q around the end of June 2014, when the situation was that Defendant A’s member of the National Assembly, who served as policy secretary for the convenience of Defendant A’s performance, should first be promoted to M-class secretary, rather than the O-class secretary who served as policy secretary for the convenience of Defendant A’s performance. As such, Defendant A’s member of the National Assembly, who promoted to M-class secretary, paid KRW 900,000 from N’s account (S bank T) around July 18, 2014 to P account (S U) from around May 23, 2016 at that time.
