1. As to the crimes as set forth in the holding of the defendant, six months of imprisonment and one year of imprisonment with prison labor for the crimes as set forth in the holding of the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
On July 30, 2010, the Defendant sentenced 2 years and 10 months to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., at the Ulsan District Court on July 30, 2010, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on August 25, 2012.
1. On January 201, 2010, the Defendant discovered that two of the D number plates are kept on the back seat of the victim, the victim’s own, in front of the victim’s house in the name in the French Kim Jong-si Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, the date of the theft, and then cut off it.
2. The Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and the unlawful use of air defense and the Automobile Management Act committed an attempt to affix the number plate of other vehicles to the road while purchasing and holding a rocketing car with no number of 500,000 won from E.
On March 2014, the Defendant attached the “D” registration number plate that was stolen as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) to the said car at the end of the end of Kimhae-si.
Accordingly, the defendant used the mark of public office for the purpose of exercising, and at the same time used the registration number plate unlawfully.
3. Illegal-use air defense events and violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) on April 26, 2014, the Defendant driven a car in Gaco Island from Gaco to 10m in the Kimhae-si without obtaining a driver’s license on April 17:10, 2014, and driven a car in approximately 20m from Gaco to 10m in the section. From the end of October of 2013 to the above time, the Defendant driven the car in Kaco Island from the end of October 2013 to the end of April 17:10, 2014 to the end of April 26, 2014 with the “D” registration license plate attached as described in the foregoing paragraph (2).
Accordingly, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a vehicle, and exercised a symbol of a public office that used it unlawfully.
4. Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, etc., the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (e.g., the Defendant is at the Defendant’s residence located in the F around 15:00 on April 22, 2014.
