1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 3,758,435,279 and KRW 2,029,87,320 among the costs, from January 16, 2015 to the date of full payment.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act (in the case of a Confession), the term “creditor” shall be deemed as the Plaintiff, and the “debtor” shall be deemed as the Defendant.
3. The provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015) and Article 2(2) of the Addenda to the same provision apply to the annual interest rate of 15% from October 1, 2015, and thus, the Plaintiff’s claim exceeding the limit of 17% per annum is dismissed.
