1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 92,454,114 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from October 14, 2014 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. It shall be as specified in the attached Form for application for indication;
(2) Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act (self-incrimination) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the case where a “creditor” is the Plaintiff and the “debtor” are the Defendant.
