A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who drives a K7-car.
On December 8, 2016, around 06:40 on 06:40 on Cheongju-si, the Defendant: (a) moved back the street room front of D station located in Cheongju-gu, U.S., to the private distance room from the Jamamban-si, and changed the course to the one-lane.
In such cases, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to prevent collision and drive safely with other vehicles by accurately operating the steering direction and brakes well before and after the left.
Nevertheless, due to the negligence of neglecting this, the part above the front door door of the FMM car driven by the victim E (W, 38 years old) who was in the front door of the right side of the passenger car driven by the victim E (W, 38 years old) who was in the front door of the passenger car, and the corresponding part of HM car driven by the victim G (W, 48 years old) who was in the opposite side of the passenger car in the opposite part beyond the center line and continued to move back to the left side of the EM car, the part above the right side of the HM car driven by the victim G (W, 48 years old) who was in the opposite part.
The Defendant: (a) by such occupational negligence, inflicted injury on the victim E, such as salt, tensions, etc. on the chills that require approximately two weeks of medical treatment; (b) the injury of chills, tensions, etc. that require approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the victim K (V, 5 years of age); and (c) the victim G suffered from the injury of chills, tensions, etc. that require approximately two weeks of medical treatment; and (d) the victim creams, tensions, etc. that require approximately two weeks of medical treatment; and (e) the above math truck repair cost was 3,394,521 won; and (e) the math truck repair cost was 3,805,717 won; and (e) the dump truck repair cost was 198,275 won at the market price of the dump truck; and (e) the victim did not immediately stop to rescue the victim.
