1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 as well as 20% per annum from February 7, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on February 24, 2012, lent KRW 50 million to the Defendant with the indication of the claim, seeking the payment of said money. Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment by publication on February 2, 201.
