1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 209,569,234 won and 12% per annum from February 20, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: The Plaintiff lent a total of KRW 271,769,834 from around 2010 to April 2017 to the Defendant, and received reimbursement of KRW 62,20,60,60 of the above loan around December 15, 2017, and thus, the Plaintiff sought payment of KRW 209,569,569,234 of the loan balance (==271,769,834 - KRW 62,200,60) and damages for delay on February 2, 2017.
