However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

1. On May 7, 2015, the Defendant was driving a B TRa motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the Do in front of the official Do, which is located in the two dong-dong, Seoan-si, Seoan-gu, Seoan-dong, Nam-gu, Seoan-do to the 3.69km road in front of the Do.

2. On May 7, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was notified of the police officer that he/she would be forced to voluntarily accompany the police officer at any time, and that he/she would be allowed to freely withdraw from the police officer at any time, and that he/she voluntarily responded to voluntary accompanying at any time.

In order to be demanded to prepare a written request for voluntary accompanying consent and a written request for referral (delivery) stating that the person was driving without a license as stated in the phrase “C,” and to write the name “C” in the column of “person under the control” as if the person was committed as if the person was C, which was the subject of hiding the fact of his/her own name, and marks the Defendant’s personal seal on the name side of the name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising the right, the Defendant committed a letter of consent of C on the certification of facts, a written request for referral (delivery) respectively.

The Defendant, at the same time and place as Paragraph 2, submitted to the police officer E, who was aware of the forgery, one copy of the written consent of the third party name, the author, and the written request for the transfer (delivery) as if it were duly formed, respectively, to the police officer E belonging to the Highway patrol team D.
