1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;
(b) As from March 1, 2017, 11,550,000 and as from March 1, 2017.
Reasons
1. On April 24, 2017 concerning the real estate listed in the separate sheet (a lease deposit: 15,000,000 won for monthly rent: 1,500,000 won for monthly rent; 1,500,000 won for a period: 1 year for a period: 1 year) of April 24, 2017, on the ground that the Plaintiff was in arrears with two or more rents for the Defendant, the indication of the claim shall terminate the lease deposit, and accordingly, claim the delivery of the said real estate and the return of the unjust enrichment
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
