Reasons

1. Facts below the facts of recognition may be found either in dispute between the parties or in each entry in Gap evidence of Nos. 1 to 14 (including branch numbers, if any; hereinafter the same shall apply) by reference to the whole purport of the pleadings.

In relation to the parties, the Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Masan City 341 (hereinafter referred to as the "Masan City of Mad-si") is a main complex building composed of apartment buildings, commercial buildings, and officetels. The plaintiff is the council of occupants' representatives consisting of the owners and users of the above main complex building, and the defendant's executor is the joint executor of the above main complex building construction project.

B. The current status of each of the instant real estate and legal relationship 1) The instant real estate is used as residents’ convenience facilities, such as the Flaice Center, Round, reading room, business room, and Cocode as soon as possible. 2) On June 11, 2010, the registration of ownership preservation (as for the instant real estate, 9.75/100 shares in the Defendant EsPFBB Co., Ltd., the shares of 0.25/100; for the instant real estate 3 real estate, the shares of 9.88/100 in the Defendant EsPFB Co., Ltd., and the shares of 9.12/100 in the Plaintiff Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., for the instant real estate; on the same day, the trust agreement between the Defendant Co., Ltd. and the Defendant Co., Ltd., Ltd., for the instant real estate was concluded on the ground of the instant trust agreement between the Defendant Co., Ltd. and the Defendant Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., for the instant trust agreement.

(hereinafter referred to as “instant trust agreement” is the following parts in relation to the termination of the instant trust agreement under the instant trust agreement (hereinafter “instant trust agreement”).
