If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On June 3, 2015, at around 0.206, the Defendant driven a B-learning car from the parking lot of “agricultural and fishery products market” located in the Dong-gu Dong-dong Dong-dong, Gyeonggi-gu, to the road adjacent to the Public Procurement Service located in Chuncheon-si.
