1. The defendant shall accept the registration office of Gwangju District Court on May 31, 199 with respect to the real estate stated in the attached list to B.

According to the purport of Gap's evidence Nos. 1 through 3 (including paper numbers) and the whole pleadings as to the cause of the claim, Samsung Card Co., Ltd., on December 16, 200, filed a lawsuit against Samsung Card Co., Ltd. with the Seoul District Court No. 2000 Ghana No. 160639, May 11, 2001 to seek credit card use fees, and filed a lawsuit with the above court on May 11, 2001, "B shall pay to Samsung Card Co., Ltd. the amount of KRW 2,44,78,70 per annum 29% per annum from December 13, 200 to the day of full payment." Since the plaintiff completed the provisional registration of Samsung Card Co., Ltd., Ltd. on May 13, 200, the defendant acquired the above credit card price claim from Samsung Card Co., Ltd., Ltd. on the same day, as of May 13, 2005, the defendant acquired the above list No.
2. According to the conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
