1. The Defendants shall deliver to the Plaintiff the total of 114.2 square meters of the three floors among the buildings listed in the attached list.
2. The defendants are the defendants.

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal (hereinafter “the provision”) was amended on May 21, 2019 and came into force on June 1, 2019, and was in force on June 1, 2019. However, according to the Addenda to the amended provision, 12% per annum, which is the statutory interest rate under the amended provision, is applicable from June 1, 2019, and thus, the portion of damages for delay in excess is rejected.
