However, the above sentence shall be executed for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

[Criminal Power] On June 15, 2017, Defendant C was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on October 10, 201, due to the crime of false entry into public electromagnetic records, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and the said judgment was finalized on June 23, 2017.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Defendant A received money directly from the victims for employment, and Defendant D, Defendant C, and Defendant B conspired in order to use the money in installments from the victims.

2. On December 7, 2015, the Defendants conspired to the victim E with the foregoing, and made a false statement to the victim E that “A would work for a large enterprise, such as I, J, and K A, where a person in whose country he/she knows well the chairperson of the large enterprise labor union, and who is residing in the H Corporation with the money, he/she would work for the said large enterprise, such as I, J, and K A.

However, even if the Defendants received money from the victim, they did not have the intent or ability to find employment for the victims.

As above, the Defendants were delivered KRW 20 million (one million won check, five million won in cash, and five million won in cash) in the name of the victim’s employment on the same day by deceiving the victim as above and deceiving the victim.

3. On January 8, 2016, the Defendants conspired with the victim L, thereby making a false statement that Defendant A would have the victim L work for a large enterprise at the place of residence of N in Ulsan-gu M, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu.

However, even if the Defendants received money from the victim, they did not have the intent or ability to find employment for the victims.

As above, the Defendants deceptioned the victim and were issued 20 million won (20 million won check) in the name of the victim for employment on the same day.
