1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 21,707,580 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 13, 2016 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

The Plaintiff sold agricultural materials equivalent to KRW 22,686,280 from February 7, 2013 to November 1, 2014 to the Defendant. However, there is no dispute between the parties as to the fact that the Defendant did not pay KRW 21,707,580 from the above agricultural materials to the date of payment. Accordingly, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff delay damages calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from July 13, 2016 to the date following the delivery of the original copy of the payment order in this case.
