A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On June 8, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Central District Court on October, 2017, and the suspended sentence was finalized on August 29, 2017.
Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated MDMA (the name “EXP”; hereinafter “EXP”) and GHB, a local mental medicine, as follows, and smoked marijuana:
1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;
A. On June 1, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 30,000,00 from “C clubs” in Thailand around the early new wall, and from the local employees in the place where the name was in secret, about 1 year X-si.
B. The Defendant, at the same time and place as the above paragraph (a), administered them in such a way as to put them in the college name and put them into the college name, on the contrary of the fact that the X-gu 1 purchased as above.

The Defendant collected money from D and E to purchase X-si and GHB. On January 6, 2017, the Defendant transferred KRW 1,315,000 to E’s account from the French land to the E account on January 6, 2017, and E paid KRW 500,000,000, in total, KRW 3,561,00,000, in total, and KRW 1,746,00,00, in the account used by a seller of narcotics, etc. who notified D to D, as above, around 10:34 of the same day.
On January 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) concealed a seller of narcotics, etc. in the name of the Defendant, on or around January 16, 2017, in parcel boxes through post office lines; and (b) sent to Gangnam-gu Seoul H, 401, where the Defendant’s residence
After receiving 40 am and GaHB 2 copies (in liquid form), the Defendant’s share, 10 am and GaHB 10 am and GaHB d with the remainder.
Accordingly, the Defendant purchased X-si and GHB in collusion with D and E.

On January 8, 2017, the Defendant is transparent from the “J club” located on the Gangnam-gu I and the first underground floor of Gangnam-gu Seoul around 02:0.
