The defendant is an employee in the E gas station operated by the victim D in Dongdaemun-gu C.

On October 19, 2013, at the above gas station office around 00:49, the Defendant taken up KRW 8.40,000 in cash in the cash register using any cresh in the above gas station office, and opened a credit cooperative and took up KRW 3.24,00 in cash by using the keys in the cash register.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen 4080,000 won in cash owned by the victim.
