1. The Defendants’ respective costs of KRW 100,000,000 per annum from May 18, 2002 to June 29, 2005, and 5% per annum from May 18, 2002 to June 29, 2005 to each Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;
3. To recognize only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 in accordance with the amendment of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Proceedings (Enforcement Decree).
