1. As to KRW 522,486,960 among the Plaintiff and KRW 522,486,960 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall start from February 28, 2019 to May 27, 2019.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
[Plaintiff may claim damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum from May 28, 2019 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order. However, the Plaintiff may claim damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the former Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019) until May 31, 2019. On the other hand, damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019. The Plaintiff’s claim for delay in excess of this is without merit).
