1. Revocation of the first instance judgment.

2. All plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

3. The plaintiff A's incidental appeal is dismissed.

Reasons

(b)the problem has been drawn;

7) In the examination for the appointment of the subject of this case, the examination scores may be assessed from 10 points to 10 points for each interview committee member. The examination scores were assessed from 5 points to 10 points for each interview committee member. The examination scores were assessed from 1 to 5 points for each interview committee member. The final scores for the interview and the practical examination were calculated and given by excluding the highest points and the lowest points among the evaluation committee members. D. The Defendant Hospital’s failure to pass the examination for the Plaintiffs. (1) The Defendant Hospital granted the following scores to F, G, and Plaintiff A as of November 23, 201, and the Defendant Company appointed F as a major of the non-permanent department and disposed of the Plaintiff and Plaintiff’s failure to pass the examination.

At least 40% of the written examination for the allocation of the applicants for the examination for appointment based on the 2012 Guidelines for the joint management of the appointment examination for major F(s) G(s) written examination for the applicants for the Defendant hospital: 65% of the points received by the applicants for the examination are 65% of the total points (=written examination for applicants ± 50* 65).

The same shall also apply to Table 2.
