1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 18% per annum from November 15, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff, the debtor, and the defendant).

2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.

3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 10 million won with 18% interest per annum from November 15, 2014 to the day of full payment, and therefore, it is so decided as per Disposition.
