2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The purpose of the Plaintiff is to establish and implement a Saemaul Movement as a juristic person established under the Support of the Saemaul Movement Organization Act.

Defendant KBS (hereinafter “Defendant KBS”) is a public-service corporation established under the former Korean Broadcasting System Act, with the purpose of implementing national key broadcasting, and Defendant KBS business (hereinafter “Defendant KBS”) is a corporation with the purpose of cultural business, facility management business, technical business, and worker dispatch business, and Defendant KBS owns all outstanding shares.

B. In order to jointly build a “multi-purpose sports hall” as part of the project to promote sports, increase broadcasting functions, and support the Saemaul Movement as part of the project to succeed to the construction of the instant building construction, Party A and B agreed to the following to succeed to and promote the construction of the “Sule Sports Center” in which Party B is in force:

Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Arrangement is to enter into an agreement on the basic matters concerning the establishment, management, and operation of a multi-purpose sports hall and all matters concerning the transfer of the establishment of a Saemaul sports center in which B is in force.

Article 2 (Possession) The ownership of the property of a building in a multi-purpose sports hall shall have only A, and the ownership of the property of the construction site shall be registered in the name of A, and shall be registered in the name of B.

Article 3(1)A provides building sites in a manner that creates superficies free of charge on the following land owned by B for the construction of a multi-purpose sports hall: (2) The duration of these superficies shall be for a period of 60 years from the date of creation of superficies and may be extended under mutual consultation:

Article 5 (Investment) All expenses for the establishment of Article 5 (Investment) shall be borne by A.

Article 9 (Management and Operation) 1 Multi-Purpose Sports Halls shall be managed and operated.
