1. The summary of the facts charged is an employer who is the representative director of C in Ansan-gu and employs eight full-time workers from May 17, 2010 to May 29, 2013. The Defendant did not pay a total of KRW 41,96,60 in wages, including KRW 3,397,849 in May 17, 2013, and KRW 41,96,660 in wages, KRW 3,865,50 in year-end year-end settlement refund, KRW 10,540 in total, and KRW 56,05,70 in wages, including retirement allowances, KRW 10,540 in total, and KRW 56,05,70 in retirement from the date of retirement without agreement on the extension of the payment deadline.
