[B] Although the Suwon District Court decided to commence rehabilitation procedures on January 9, 2014 (No. 2013 Gohap116) with respect to a stock company B, the bankruptcy was declared on July 25, 2014 (No. 2014 Gohap46) after the decision to discontinue rehabilitation procedures became final and conclusive on June 13, 2014, and D was appointed as a bankruptcy trustee on July 25, 2014).
