The defendant is calculated from 14,60,000 won to 2,200,000 won per month from 15 February 2020 to 15 August 2020.
Reasons
In full view of the purport of the entire arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the facts as shown in the grounds for the claim can be acknowledged.
According to these facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the money calculated by deducting the money calculated at the rate of KRW 2,200,000 per month from February 15, 2020 to August 15, 2020 from the amount of KRW 14,60,000 from the amount of KRW 14,60,000, and to the amount of KRW 2,200,000 per month from February 15, 2020.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
