1. The Defendant delivers to the Plaintiff the building indicated in the attached list, and from September 19, 2014, KRW 1,100,000 and its amount.
Reasons
Around April 9, 2014, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with the Plaintiff on a deposit of KRW 5 million and monthly rent of KRW 300,000 with respect to an unauthorized building listed in the separate sheet, but did not pay rent, and the Plaintiff notified the termination of the lease agreement.
(Ground: facts without dispute, Gap 1 through 5). Accordingly, the defendant is obligated to deliver the above building to the plaintiff and pay the unpaid rent to the plaintiff.
