The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly admitted by the court of first instance, which the court below accepted, the court below is justified in finding the defendant guilty of the charge of this case (excluding the part not guilty in the court of first instance) on the grounds as stated in its reasoning.

The court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on criminal intent, intent of unlawful acquisition, damage, etc. in fraud and embezzlement and embezzlement.
