1. The Defendant’s KRW 120,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from November 15, 2017 to March 2, 2018 to the Plaintiff.

On October 8, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the building C, 103 Dong 614, 100,000,000,000 for a fixed period of two years from the Defendant; (b) paid the deposit; and (c) resided on November 18, 2013; (d) thereafter, (e) increase the deposit amount of KRW 10,000,000 from the expiration date of the lease; and (e) continued to reside on November 14, 2017 after concluding a renewal contract (as of the fixed date: October 30, 2015) by setting the renewal period as until November 14, 2017; and (e) the Plaintiff filed a claim against the Defendant for the repayment of the rental house deposit as the renewed lease term expires; and (e) the Plaintiff also claimed the repayment of the deposit against the Defendant on November 14, 2017.
2. Grounds for recognition: The defendant submitted a preparatory document that approves all of the claims of the plaintiff, and the court does not challenge the plaintiff's grounds for claims.
