The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On June 24, 2016, the summary of the charge is as follows: (a) the Defendant: (b) the victim E (33) has several persons, such as on the roads adjacent to, and D, the Dong-si Building C on June 24, 2016.

2. The offense of insult of the instant case constitutes an offense under Article 311 of the Criminal Act, which is subject to prosecution only upon complaint under Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act.
However, according to the records of this case, it is recognized that the victim cancelled the complaint against the defendant on February 15, 2017, which was after the prosecution of this case.
Therefore, the public prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
