When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

On May 2, 2013, the Defendant first sent a call call with the victim C (V, 48 years of age) who was in contact with him on the first day of the call, and had the victim talked with him around 18:00 of the same month on the 22th day of the same month.
