1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,854,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 9, 2017 to the date of complete payment.
1. Indication of claim;
A. From May 19, 2014 to December 3, 2014, Plaintiff Company supplied the Defendant Company with double walls and multiple goods outside the diplomatic mission, but the Defendant Company did not pay to the Plaintiff Company the total amount of KRW 35,854,000.
B. Therefore, the Defendant Company is obligated to pay the Plaintiff Company the price of the goods that was not paid and the damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of the application for the instant payment order to the day of full payment.
2. Judgment by public notice for recognition (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
