1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 41,622,420 and a rate of KRW 20% per annum from September 12, 2014 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff: (a) supplied the Textiles to the Defendant from December 2, 2013 to February 2, 2014; and (b) accordingly, (c) on the basis of a claim for the payment of goods; (d) the judgment deeming the payment of goods to be made (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act)
