On September 10, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for night intrusion larceny at the Daejeon District Court, and on July 22, 201, the same court was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for the same crime and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 8, 201, and thus the suspended sentence becomes invalidated, and on July 30, 201, the period of parole was expired on September 15, 2012, and on January 16, 2013, the period of parole was expired, and on July 24, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for the same crime, etc. at the same court, and completed the execution of the said sentence on July 24, 2013.

1. On March 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 20:00 on March 2, 2014, the Defendant: (b) opened a 2nd floor from the gas pipeline on the Daejeon Seo-gu Seoul building; (c) opened a window 201, the house of the victim D; and (d) intruded into the living room, and stolen it with a 20,000 water reservoir, which contains an amount equivalent to KRW 20,00, which is owned by the victim.

On March 18, 2014, around 20:00 on March 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) laid down the second floor on the building I of Daejeon-dong-gu, Daejeon-gu, with a gas pipeline installed a window set forth in 204, which is the house of the victim J; and (b) intrudes into a room, and thereby cutting down the building with a single water tank at an amount equivalent to KRW 900,000, an amount of KRW 970,000 at the market price owned by the victim J, and one Samsungbuk-gu, which is equivalent to KRW 970,000 at the market price owned by the victim K.

4. On March 28, 2014, the Defendant for theft at night: (a) around March 28, 2014; (b) around 19:52 on March 28, 2014, the Defendant: (c) opened a window 202, a house of the victim M; and (d) intrudes into the ward.
