1. On September 23, 2014, at around 04:25, the Defendant: (a) committed assault and injury to the Victim C, the Defendant: (b) obstructed the Victim F (34 years old), who was present in the drinking place, and the Victim C (33 years old) from returning home; (c) 10 times at the victim F’s shoulder and chest part in his/her finger, and 10 times at the victim’s shoulder and chest part; and (d) 1 times at the victim’s face, he/she sawd the victim C more than the floor by taking the victim’s face left part.

As a result, the Defendant assaulted the Victim F, and added approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the Victim C.

2. The Defendant, at around 04:55 on the same day, committed obstruction of the performance of official duties, police officers G, and the Defendant’s injury to H, on the road in front of “Iju” located in D, and on the ground that: G (24 years old) and slope H (36 years old) were late, a police officer belonging to the J district in the W district in the W district in the W district in the Dong Police Station, called out after receiving the report of the above paragraph (1); and on the ground that he left the ground floor and was located in the sloping, and walked on the ground floor once, with the sloping of the patrol vehicle, the knick’s upper part of the breast part of the patrol vehicle was cut off on three occasions by hand; and 3-4 hours or four times or four tight parts of the body of the slope H, the left part of the body of the knick, and the quih of the kn part by hand.

As a result, the Defendant got the victim G with a scarcity which requires approximately two weeks of treatment, and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in regard to the handling of reported cases. At the same time, the Defendant got the victim H about two weeks of treatment, and interfered with the victim H’s exercise of duties.
