However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On December 11, 2017, around 07:00, the Defendant changed official document: (a) at his house located in Hanam-si, Hanam-si; (b) in the past, the Defendant applied for the suspension of entry to and departure from the casino and was unable to enter the casino with the existing resident registration number indicated; and (c) the Defendant changed the resident registration number to enter the casino and read the “D” in the fourth place of resident registration number as the end of Shasts for the purpose of leaving the casino as the “E”.

Accordingly, the defendant changed the resident registration certificate of the defendant who was a public document in the name of the head of Gyeonggi-do, which is an official document.

2. On December 11, 2017, the Defendant exercised a modified official document by presenting the altered resident registration certificate as described in paragraph 1 to G, who is requested to present an identification card from C staff G, and who is aware of the alteration, at the entrance search stand in C casino F, Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-do, at around 14:30 on December 11, 2017.
