1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 200,000,000 for the Plaintiff and 10% per annum from March 19, 2015 to April 20, 2015; and (b) the Plaintiff.
1. On March 23, 2013, the Plaintiff’s repayment period of KRW 300 million to the Defendant is 24 months after the due date, and the interest is 10% per annum, and the fact that the loan was made to the Defendant is either a dispute between the parties, or may be recognized by the statement of evidence No. 1. Meanwhile, the Plaintiff voluntarily recognized that the agreement was paid by the Defendant until March 18, 2015 with respect to the principal amount and the principal amount.
2. If so, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the agreed interest and delay damages calculated by the ratio of 200 million won to 10% per annum from March 19, 2015 to April 20, 2014, the delivery date of the complaint, and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment.
3. The plaintiff's claim is accepted.
