The Defendant works in A certified architect D operated by an architect C from June 20, 2011 to June 27, 2012, and has been engaged in the supervision of F new construction works in Chuncheon-si E.

1. On June 21, 2012, at the supervision office located at the construction site of the said F-Newly constructed construction site, the Defendant: (a) prepared a document stating “request for a construction site inspection” using a computer for the purpose of uttering; (b) stated “D architect C” at the bottom thereof; and (c) forged one copy of private document regarding confirmation of the name C’s official seal.

On the same day, the Defendant submitted a forged document to an employee of the original Regional Land Management Office without knowledge of the fact, and used it.

2. Around June 22, 2012, the Defendant, at the supervision office around June 22, 2012, prepared a document stating “report on illegal construction works” using a computer for the purpose of exercising, stating “D architect C” at the bottom of the document, and affixed the official seal of the architect C, and arbitrarily forged one copy of the private document regarding confirmation of the name C.

On the same day, the Defendant submitted a forged document to an employee of Chuncheon viewing on the same day and used it.

3. On June 25, 2012, the Defendant, at the supervision office around June 25, 2012, prepared a document stating “report on business instructions” using a computer for the purpose of exercising, stating “D architect C” at the bottom of the document, and affixed the official seal of the architect C, and arbitrarily forged one copy of the private document regarding confirmation of the facts in C’s name.

On the same day, the Defendant submitted a forged document to an employee of a specialized construction mutual aid association who is aware of the fact.
