2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On January 5, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car without a driver's license on January 22 and 15, 2015, and proceeded ahead of the tunnel with the passage of the World Cup Stak Stak Stak Stak field in Daejeon Pung-gu.

At the time, the defendant tried to drive a three-lane and change the course into a four-lane, so in such a case, there was a duty of care to safely change the course and prevent the accident from occurring.
