[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

A, with the knowledge that a foreigner of the Republic of South Africa who enters the Republic of Korea for tourism purposes may enter the Republic of Korea without a visa (B-2 and the period of sojourn one month) in accordance with the Visa Exemption Convention between the Republic of Korea and the South Africa, he/she has secured a forged passport of the Republic of South Africa through a bromoer to forgee a passport of the countries having entered the Visa Exemption Convention between the Republic of Korea and the Republic of South Africa, and had the foreigner to enter the Republic of Korea without a visa, and had the foreigner use
Since then, the Defendant was issued a forged passport with the Defendant’s face written in JN 207, “C, name column,” “E in the name column,” “F in the passport number column,” “JN 26 JN 2017, on the date of issuance,” “WN 25 JN 2027, etc. on the date, time, place, and place of the Defendant’s name, to the South African Republic passport bearing the Defendant’s face.
1. Defendant A: The uttering of a falsified investigation document, obstruction of performance of official duties by fraudulent means, and violation of the Immigration Control Act;
A. On March 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) presented an immigration examination at the entry port of Incheon International Airport located at the Jung-gu Incheon Airport, Jung-gu, Incheon; (b) presented the South African Republic passport under the above forged G name; and (c) passed the entry and departure examination as if the Defendant was the person above.
Accordingly, the defendant exercised a forged passport, and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by public officials belonging to the Incheon Airport Immigration Office who examine entry into and departure from the Republic of Korea through fraudulent means.
(b) A foreigner who violates the Immigration Control Act shall obtain a valid passport and a visa issued by the Minister of Justice, when intending to enter the Republic of Korea;
Nevertheless, the Defendant, as Pakistan, is the date and time indicated in the above paragraph (a).
