A. 1) The Defendant is a corporation operating a new renewable energy generation business, etc., and the Plaintiff is an employee employed from October 2015 to work as a person in charge of boiler rooms.

B) The Defendant’s factories working for the Plaintiff divided one building into a drying room and a boiler room. The drying room is a place where machinery, such as heating, disc drying machine, circular cooling machine, and round screening machine, can be connected in order to go through screen conditioning and manufacturing materials such as accelerators, and the boiler room is a place where the boiler room operates boiler in order to produce the string team of high heat necessary for the said construction.

The Plaintiff was employed as a staff member of the boiler room, but the Defendant Company was also engaged in the business of supporting the stoves room from the stoves around the stoves. At the time of the following accident, when the manpower shortage due to the reduction of personnel, the Defendant Company was concurrently engaged in the business of stoves room and the stoves room.
