1. The Defendants jointly and severally against the Plaintiff
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the annex;
(b) 79 million won and from May 1, 2016.
Reasons
1. Claim for delivery of a building on the ground that the lease agreement dated September 9, 2015 (including lease deposit: KRW 150 million; KRW 13.2 million per month (including value-added tax) was terminated as rent in arrears, and a claim for overdue rent or unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent in arrears.
