Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On April 18, 2018, at around 10:40, the Defendant driven the E-Poter II cargo vehicle without obtaining a driver's license in approximately 200 meters portion of the front road of the C Construction in Daegu Seo-gu B, and driving the E-Poter II truck.
