Punishment of the crime
As a result of a traffic accident occurred on July 26, 2012, the Defendant, at around 18:40 on August 22, 2014, had been hospitalized from 51 illness (mental disease) in the Joseon University Affiliated Hospital affiliated with the Joseon University, which was located in 365 in Gwangju-si as of August 13, 2014, to be used as a working clinic for patients to provide meals or provide counselling treatment and art treatment to patients (in the investigation record, 45,54,55 pages) during the hours of the said restaurant at around 18:40 on August 22, 2014, the Defendant want to report to the mentally and the victim, etc., who was a mental doctor, about the reason that he/she did not properly treat his/her hair and take the head part of his/her hair, so that he/she would interfere with his/her affairs such as consultation and treatment, etc., and that he/she would interfere with his/her faces treatment.
