Between the Plaintiff and D, Seoul Southern District Court 201Gahap17503, supra, and on October 31, 2012, the Plaintiff paid D KRW 74,146,360, and at the same time D paid D KRW 74,146,360, and D shall implement the procedures for the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the Plaintiff’s share of 100% of Gyeonggi-gun E-gun, E-gun, a river of KRW 106 square meters before F, KRW 893 square meters, and a G river of KRW 8

2. Notwithstanding that D received the payment of KRW 74,146,360 from the Plaintiff by October 31, 2012, if D fails to comply with all the above procedures for the registration of ownership transfer, the adjustment clause becomes null and void. The sales contract between the Plaintiff D on June 20, 2005 is deemed to be cancelled as of October 31, 2012, and D shall be deemed to be reinstated at the rate of KRW 1,005 square meters in Gyeonggi-gun, Gyeonggi-do, which is the said subject matter of sale, and KRW 1,755 square meters in JJ, KRW 264 square meters, KRW 1,107, KRW 300 in total, KRW 200 in total, KRW 200 in total, KRW 300 in total, KRW 200 in total, and KRW 205 in total, KRW 200 in total, and KRW 305 in total, KRW 205 in total, and KRW 2015 in total,05.

3. In the event that the Plaintiff received 74,146,360 won from D to October 31, 2012 when it did not pay 74,146,360 won in addition to delay damages at the rate of 20% per annum from the date following the date of the payment.

4. The plaintiff waives the remaining claims of this case.

5. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by each person;

The same mediation (hereinafter “instant mediation”) was established on July 4, 2012.

On October 26, 2012, the Plaintiff deposited deposited the deposited amount of KRW 74,146,360 with the Seoul Western District Court as the deposited amount of KRW 4,16,360 in accordance with the instant conciliation clause pursuant to Article 1 of the instant conciliation clause, and then deposited the deposited amount of KRW 74,146,360 to D on October 29, 2012.
