B From July 11, 2015, Defendant A took over and operated a marina business establishment from Defendant A, and Defendant A has been managing the relevant business establishment upon Defendant B’s request after transferring the marina business establishment as above.

From July 11, 2015 to July 23, 2015, the Defendants: (a) installed three rooms in “F” to operate a sexual traffic business establishment; (b) received KRW 90,00 from customers; (c) had female employees G, etc. to have sexual intercourse with customers; and (d) Defendant A, upon Defendant B’s request, explained the fact of sexual traffic to customers while managing the said business; and (c) directed them as sexual traffic prevention rooms.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to commit acts such as arranging sexual traffic for business purposes.
