Punishment of the crime
On May 6, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court, and on April 7, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul East Eastern District Court, which became final and conclusive on July 1, 2016, and the said suspended sentence became null and void, and the execution of the said suspended sentence was terminated at the U.S. Eup prison on December 5, 2017.

1. On May 10, 2018, the Defendant found one credit card (D) owned by the victim B, which was lost in the vicinity of the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan City C market.
Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim, and he embezzled the property as he had on his own mind.
2. Violation of the Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit finance using B credit cards.
A. On May 10, 2018, around 05:46, the Defendant presented the credit card acquired from the above victim as described in paragraph (1) to G-si in the victim’s FF G taxi in the Gangnam-gu Seoul E department store to the calendar, and presented it as if the Defendant had the right to use, the Defendant had the victim pay KRW 3,000 as the taxi fee, provided the victim with the service equivalent to the above amount, acquired property benefits, and used the lost credit card as above.
B. At around 06:08 on the same day, the Defendant presented the credit card acquired as stated in paragraph (1) as the victim’s right to use at “I” in the “I’s nameless operation of the victim’s name near Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and presented it to the victim as if the Defendant had the right to use, the Defendant had the victim pay 390,000 won under the name of the victim, such as drinking value, food, etc., and acquired economic benefits and used lost credit cards.
3. On May 14, 2018, the Defendant is engaged in cleaning at a place in front of the ATM equipment for the first floor of the J department store in Gangnam-gu Seoul, JJ department store in Seoul.
