B. Defendant D entered into an I contract with Defendant E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant E”) on April 11, 2017, with the insurance period from April 11, 2017 to April 11, 2018; Defendant D, the insured, and the insured’s Defendant D’s liability security coverage amounting to KRW 150,00,000 per capita (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

The above insurance contract includes liability insurance for sports facility business operators under the special terms and conditions, and the contents of the above special terms and conditions are as follows:

Article 1 (Compensation for Loss) A company shall compensate for the loss sustained by the insured undermining the body of another person or undermining another person's property due to an unexpected accident occurred in the course of performing his/her duties in sports facilities owned, used, or managed by the insured specified in an insurance policy during the insurance period of the Republic of Korea and the use of such facilities.

C. From August 2017, Plaintiff A attended the class of “niversity class 6 to 7 years of age”, which was conducted from August 2017 to 16:20 each day at the instant private teaching institute.
